Voken: Shared Childcare app for iPhone and iPad

Voken lets you privately share and arrange childcare with friends and families you trust. Voken keeps things fair and simple, allowing you to enjoy time off without the hassle and cost of finding a babysitter.



We’ve made creating a babysitting circle easy. Our co-operative model trades time for Tokens to help keep things fair and free. Tokens are earned by helping out your friends with their sits and in return, these Tokens can be used to request your own sits from your group.



At Voken we understand how expensive and difficult it can be to find a babysitter you trust. We created Voken to provide a flexible and free alternative that allows parents to share childcare for free but most importantly with those you know and trust.

PRIVATE GROUPS
Join or create a private babysitting circle with parents that you trust in your local area. All of our groups are by invitation only meaning only the members in your group can see your groups activity. Voken allows you to be part of more than one group so you can share childcare with different groups of parents and friends.



YOUR OWN PERSONAL FEED
Voken allows you to view all of your upcoming sits and open requests in one place. We notify you of offers of help and requests from your groups so that you can stay organized. All of your confirmed sits are displayed on your feed so you know exactly what’s coming up next.



OUR FAIR SYSTEM OF TOKENS
Our Tokens ensure that childcare costs nothing but your time. Each Token can be exchanged for 1 hour of childcare. All group members start with the same balance which can be set when the group is created. Tokens are exchanged when sits are completed.



REQUEST SITS ANYTIME
We’ve made it super easy to request sits from your groups at any time. Simply pick a date and time and drop in any relevant info and all of your group members will be notified. We tell you how many Tokens each sit will be worth and your group members will be able to see how many Tokens they will earn for helping you out.



STAY IN TOUCH WITH CHAT
Chat with your groups or message your contacts one on one. Arrange and coordinate sits with no hassle and easily view and respond to new requests. Quickly and easily keep in touch with friends during sits in case of any issues and get notified of any messages for total peace of mind.



CREATE YOUR OWN PRIVATE PROFILE
Create your own private profile and choose the information you want to share with your contacts. Only your contacts on Voken will be able to view your profile.
